My husband and I try to help as many people as we can. It is currently only two of us trying to service hundreds of requests for housing with the few houses that we have. Please be patient with us. We do best via email. Please follow the steps below to increase your chance of being selected for one of our homes.
Many people ask, "What are your terms?" Each house is unique in the financing that is available. We try to finalize our financing after we know who our buyer is. Some people might have a large down payment but lower monthly payments while others have a lower down payment but higher monthly payments. By having all of our financing in place, we might limit you from buying the home. So, we try to keep our terms as flexible as we can. Let us know what you have to work with including upcoming money (tax returns, inheritance, settlement) so we can best help you. Occasionally we have homes where you must bring your own financing.
To increase your chances of being selected for a home, you can participate in the Down Payment Growth Program (DPGP). Our DPGP members get a 48 hour advanced notice of new homes coming to our Buyer's List.

Steps to Your New Home
- Join our Buyer's List (we select all of our buyer's from that list.)
- Find one of our homes that you like (take a peek).
- Request to see it in person (schedule a showing).
- Go and look at the house. Take a building inspector if you'd like. All of our homes are sold "as is."
- If you want the home, submit an Application Receipt Agreement (you will get that at the showing.) Be sure to update your information on the Buyer's List.
- Wait to hear from our finance team to see if we can make it work for you.
- If accepted, make your down payment and first monthly payment.
- Get READY to MOVE!
